The Golden Bees: Our Ministry is to make sleeping bags and health kits for the homeless near and far. The Golden Bees meet every Monday from 9:00 am to Noon.
Our sleeping bags have gone to the Dominican Republic, Albania, New York, Bridger and Spencer, South Dakota, Moore, Oklahoma, Maine, Rhode Island and Brookfield, Southbridge, Sturbridge, Auburn, Webster, Dudley and other area towns in Massachusetts.
Each sleeping bag contains a small pillow, hat, scarf, mittens or gloves. The health kits contain a wash cloth, hand towel, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, bible or inspirational book plus extra items such as shampoo, hand lotion, tissues (small package), etc. We depend on donations of these items and it is greatly appreciated.
Any donations may be dropped off at the church office Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or you may call the church office or Edna Patri.

Outreach Ministries
We are involved in a number of programs through the year, both local and globally. These include a Baby Shower on Mother's Day for a Teen Pregnancy program, a Share the Feast program at Thanksgiving where items for a Thanksgiving dinner are collected with the emphasis on fresh fruits and veggies as well as fundraisers that support The Heifer Project, a ministry that reaches out to areas around the world where lives are changed by supporting new businesses
and providing schooling.

The Giving Tree
Coordinated by Outreach Ministries
Providing Christmas presents to children in Webster and Dudley whose families are experiencing difficult economic times. Local churches, businesses and parishioners donate gifts to help share the magic and joy of Christmas!
This year 254 children were officially served by The Giving Tree sponsored by our Outreach Committee. We would like to thank Webster First Federal Credit Union, Jack & Jill Preschool in Oxford, St. Louis Church, St. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church and members of our Congregation for making this such a successful year. A special Thank You to Dollar General in Dudley for collecting toys which were given to children who were not signed up for The Giving Tree.
